Better Than Advertised
I have Rojo Alacante and Crema Marfil marble in my shower that was etched when a cleaning person used an acid tile cleaner on the rock. I tried a couple of other etch remover products, just was not able to get much of a consequence. I saw this production on the Cyberspace and decided to requite it a endeavour based on the other reviews. My marble now looks similar new. This product really works better than they say it does, and the technical support was get-go grade. John gave me the tip of using 00 steel wool on some of the worse areas, and information technology worked like a charm. The steel wool was more than effective on the Crema Marfil than it was on the Rojo. The Rojo polished up easier with the microfiber supplied in the kit. Using this product takes some effort, simply the results are well worth it. I saved hundreds of dollars over the price of quotes I received from local professionals. FIVE STARS across the board. After I did all the etch removal work, I sealed the rock with GranQuartz 314P. I've used several sealers on my stone over the years, but zip that ever performed similar this ane does. I'1000 too giving it a 5 star review in its ain expanse.

Amazing
This product is astonishing! We recently purchased a house with marble counters, vanities, and floors that had some damage. The counters and vanities were etched and had rings from glasses and bottles. Some of them were pretty bad. The floors had etches in several areas.I spoke with John at My Rock Care and he recommended the Compose Remover ProKit with 00 steel wool for the worst areas. It took some work, but I was able to completely restore all the damaged areas to perfect condition. If you lot follow the directions exactly as they are written, and don't mind putting in the effort, this product volition deliver amazing results.

Etch Remover
Takes a fiddling elbow grease only takes out carving and waterspots well on polished marble. Rub a slurry of water and etch remover over etch with a damp towel until dry, echo until etching disappears.

Saved marriage and floors!
I was tasked with cleaning the grout lines in our marble floor in the primary bath. Since I did not desire to injure the floor I googled natural products to use and came across a two part h2o 1 role vinegar solution to use. Yup you guessed it, I ruined my polished marble floors with the vinegar. They were stained lonely every grout line, the stop of the world seemed very near! I went online to observe a product that could help and I came beyond this one. I just finished the job and the floors came out beautiful! Yes it took a picayune work, ( I went and bought a cheap polisher because I had a whole flooring to do) but the cease result is fantastic! I recommend this product to anyone that has any blotch or water stain looking marble!!!

Fantastic Products and Back up
I would like to give your products and phone help a 5 star rating. I bought Travertine for my 14 sq ' bathroom and the person who installed it didn't know that the Travertine should be sealed before it was grouted. In short, I had night dark-brown grout staining my light colored tiles and etch marks where he tried to clean it with muric acid. I knew that I would have to make clean it myself, but I knew very little about tile and nothing virtually Travertine. This production is amazing. I usually don't write reviews, just this product worked so well and saved me then much money that I had to say something about it. I have polished limestone counters and they etch. Each fourth dimension I call a professional in to remove the etches it's a $1,000.00 expense and a full day with people in my firm. Someone cut an orangish up directly on my countertop and etched it everywhere the juice came in contact. I had a few other etches, so I was getting gear up to call my stone company in (again) to perform the service when I saw an ad for this product. I figured information technology was worth trying, and I am really glad I did! The instructions that came in the box were very detailed and made the production easy to utilise. Follow them exactly and y'all can't go incorrect. It does take some piece of work, but the results are well worth the attempt. There is a dark and day difference in my countertop and I couldn't exist happier with the results. All the etches are gone and it looks as practiced as it did later on the professionals last came in. I saved $1,000.00 and have plenty production left over to handle futurity accidents.

What a Blessing!
An unhappy HVAC contractor asked to utilize our newly renovated pulverisation room and urinated on our carrara marble floor. He chose to hit a narrow area betwixt the commode and the wall and then the damage was not discovered until hours later when I got dwelling house from piece of work. Today, I finally got upwards the backbone to try the Etch Remover. The instructions were clear and the results were amazing. There was one very tiny spot (smaller than a dime) which required a 2nd endeavour. Amazing Production!
I just want to thank you lot for your astonishing product, Etch Remover ProKit for Marble, Travertine, & Limestone. I dropped an almost full canteen of red wine vinegar on our beautiful i-year onetime travertine flooring. I knew enough to bustle and blot up the vinegar and worry near the cleaved glass afterwards, but the area of etching was immense. Thankfully though, the vinegar did not take time to eat away at the tile and cause cratering. After visiting and/or calling numerous tile places here in Arizona, I realized that the repair could end up costing a small-scale fortune. Then I decided to do some research online and I found your company. I read about your product and I read all of the reviews from very happy customers, including 1 from my cervix of the woods hither in Scottsdale. Incredible
I'm knocked out... Our marble vanity was damaged when we used the wrong cleaner on it. It had lost its shine and you could see wipe marks left by the sponge where the cleaner was wiped around. We thought we would need to take the rock professionally refinished, which is very expensive. I was looking on the cyberspace and came across this product. It was highly recommended, and then I decided to give information technology a attempt. I'm then glad I did! All the dullness and wipe marks are gone, and our vanity looks just similar new again.

Information technology works. I suggest using the included steel wool
I was skeptical, but for the price I thought I'd try it. (My kids had been playing with toilet bowl cleaner and etched the marble on their bathroom counter top). Information technology turned out actually well, particularly after using the product with the included steel wool. The etching on our marble wasn't crude, and I did discover that information technology slightly improved with using just a fabric to scrub it, only later I tried the steel wool information technology actually improved. None of the carving is visible anymore. The simply downside for me is that after I fixed the bad spots last night, my wife commented that the repair spots look amend (more than polished) than the rest of it, then i accept to shine all of it with the product....

Removes 85% Etch, Polishes
I accidentally spilled some household vinegar onto our bathroom marble countertop. I immediately rinsed off what I could just alas a huge area was etched. I bought this and my hubby and I did the Mr. Miyagi for a combined 30 minutes. Some comeback, merely I could still feel the 'texture' of the etch. I then used extra fine steel wool with handheld sander as John suggested. The 'texture' however remains, although the surface is at present very, very shiny, which I don't listen equally I was going to polish the entire acme anyway with another one of John'due south products. I suppose it'south meliorate than the dull reflection of the etching. Just wished information technology did more than to remove the texture so that it's a completely shine smooth. I also capeesh the tip on using steel wool with hand sander as I'm not exactly looking to railroad train my arms like the karate kid.

Etch removed
Tried the compose removal kit and wes very pleasntly suprised how well it worked. I had an etch streak 3 to iv inches wide by 2 feet long form where my neighbors dog uraniated on my marble hall manner entrance floor. After 3 to 4 applications with the etch remover all the damaged area was repaired and did not have to replaced the damaged marble every bit orginally planed. Thanks to the etch remover information technology saved me a lot of unnessary work in only about 1 hour.

Works Like a Champ
We have quite a bit of impairment from normal household cleaners that caused a dulling effect on our travertine in our bathroom. You could run across the splotches where the cleaner had been sprayed very hands. Looked long and hard for something that could repair it without getting it honed professionally and gave this stuff a try afterward talking to John. Information technology works dandy, the tiles look like new with minimal effort. Follow the directions they give y'all closely to have the best results. If your doing it by mitt, Information technology seems best to practise piddling areas at once in order to accept a consistent appearance over the area that it is applied. So, if you lot accept alot of harm areas or a big area of damage like nosotros do it volition have some time, just well worth information technology. Also used it on some drink glass marks downstairs on our travertine flooring and it got rid of that also. Good good stuff!

Splendid
Travertine floors are beautiful, just caring for them tin exist a hurting. Information technology is almost impossible to avert spilling liquids that etch the surface, particularly if you take kids, or if you take the travertine in your kitchen. With this product, you tin hands re-polish etched spots. Now I don't have to freak out every time something spills! Just follow the directions carefully and it works nifty.

Incredible
I could not believe my optics after using this easy-to-use product. My marble floor was etched after I used vinegar to remove grout which had hardened on the surface after installation. I was particularly amazed after I contacted the store where the floor was purchased and they informed me that chemical carving could NOT be removed, and actually suggested I apply more vinegar to fifty-fifty out the expect! Not post-obit their ridiculous advice I purchased this product, and information technology actually worked. The aircraft costs were a bit high, but worth information technology to get the results. Thanks for making this product, and please don't ever discontinue information technology!

Etched Marble Magic
I was cleaning my windows in a higher place my marble topped end table. The water-vinegar mix dripped on my tabular array and left a discolored haze over virtually of the surface. I thought my table was ruined. I consulted several professionals and they were charging a minnimum of $125 to repair it with no guarantee of being able to fix it. This product saved my wedlock!!
Gotta tell you this stuff works! A few months back i used the wrong cleaner on the marble bathroom countertop, and finer etched the ENTIRE surface making it look like concrete. My wife was less than happy to say the least! I tried every internet plant remedy out there, and aught worked. Amazing!!!!!
While cleaning the bath, my house keeper didn't realized she dripped water all over my cute white marble floor. The h2o dried and left h2o marks on every marble tile. Professionals were giving quotes of $800. to $one thousand. to remove all the water stains. Etch Remover Kit
Your products are fabulous! In the primary bath of a holding we purchased a couple of years ago most of the marble was a mess. A local tile pro bid of over $v,000.00 to repair the damage! I've been trying so many cleaners and none worked, then I found your spider web site and based on the stories of success decided to give it one more endeavor and order the Etch Remover Kit. I now wish we had taken before and afterwards pictures to send y'all. The Etch Remover took all of the gunk and etches off of the countertop and shower. I proceeded to make clean the walls and floor with the Daily Rock Cleaner. Lesser Line - It Works
I found MyStone Care and their Etch Remover ProKit on the internet. I was dubious. I spoke with John and he patiently explained how the product works, and what could be expected. I bought the kit and used information technology on a Crema Marfil bathroom countertop that had been etched by various cleaners and spills over the years. It takes a lot of elbow grease, but haze and etched spots tin be polished out with the production. I ultimately purchased a bag of #000 steel wool to use rather than the microfiber cloth, which performed nicely. The product worked so well that I went ahead and polished the whole surface. The improvement was amazing.
